At MF APPAREL™, every order is carefully packed and checked before it leaves us to ensure it arrives in perfect condition.

Processing Time

All in-stock orders are processed within 1–3 working days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive confirmation by email.

During new product launches, restocks or promotional periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Local Delivery

We offer FREE local delivery within a 10-mile radius of our location.

Local deliveries are arranged directly with you via email, Instagram or text message to agree a suitable delivery date and time.

Please ensure someone is available to receive your order at the agreed time.

UK Shipping

Orders outside our local delivery area are shipped using Royal Mail Tracked.

Delivery typically takes 2–4 working days after dispatch.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout.

International Shipping

International shipping is not currently available during our first launch. We hope to expand worldwide in the future.

Where applicable, tracking information will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

Delays

While we do everything possible to ensure your order arrives on time, MF APPAREL™ cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, adverse weather conditions or other circumstances beyond our control.
